Father Simisky has served as President of Fairfield Prep since 2015. He departs from Prep having left the school a better place.
More than 150 vehicles, filled with students, parents, alumni, faculty and friends participated in a surprise on-campus "Rolling Rally" to honor Father Simisky.
In his remarks, Father Simisky touched on Prep's current projects, including the Barrett Science Center and the McLeod Innovation Center.
The video was shown during a morning Zoom session, and came after the final Examen prayer of the 2019-20 school year.
