Kairos 37 Retreat builds upon spirituality & friendship

Prep's 37th Kairos Retreat took place March 30-April 2 at the Nazareth Spiritual Life Center in Monroe, CT. Thirty juniors and seniors took part in the retreat for the first time. They were accompanied by twelve team members comprised of seniors and faculty. The Kairos retreat provides a special time with the Lord. This Christian experience focuses on prayer, reflection, friendship and community. Student candidates gave of themselves generously and by the end of the retreat were certainly committed to the Kairos spirit. A big thank you goes out to the student leaders Rector James Worsfold, Assistant Rector Peter Christiani, Frank Aquino, Kevin Dougherty, John Griffin, Richard Johnson, and Tobin Sotil. Special thanks to the adult leaders Fr. Larry Ryan, SJ, Sandy Beyerly, Matt Ramos, Tom Shea, and Bret Stockdale, SJ. Kairos is open to juniors and seniors. This was the last Kairos of the year. Information regarding next year's retreats can be obtained from Mr. Gualtiere.
