Class of 2025 Senior Activities

Class of 2025: To ensure that we are properly pronouncing your name during Commencement, please record an audio file of your name and upload it through the form below.

It is a longtime tradition for senior parents to place a baby picture of your son with a personal message in the Hearthstone yearbook.  The deadline to submit your photo and message is Monday, March 10.   Please note that this is a different request from the Mother/Son Slideshow.

One of our many traditions is the Senior/Mother Son Slideshow which will be used at several end-of-year events including the Senior Mother/Son Communion Breakfast and Graduation

All mothers/female caregivers are asked to submit 2 photos of you and your senior: 

Photo 1:  Baby/toddler photo of your senior with you

Photo 2:  Recent photo your senior with you

Please label your .jpeg photos with your first name, the word "and" plus your senior's first name and last name plus the number 1 for the baby/toddler picture or number 2 for the recent photo as follows:  

Photo 1: janeandjohndoe1.jpg (baby/toddler photo)

Photo 2: janeandjohndoe2.jpg (recent photo)

Photos should be sent to thebellarmine@fairfieldprep.org prior to March 15, 2025.

All Seniors will be measured/fitted for a graduation tuxedo on Wednesday, March 19.  They will receive information at school. 

Tuxedos (including shoes, tie, cummerbund) will be provided to students after the Senior Retreat on May 20.  Seniors will be strongly encouraged to try the tuxedo on at that time in the event that last minute alterations need to be made. 

Students are responsible for returning tuxedos to school on Tuesday, May 27.

Graduation Pictures

In the days following graduation activities, we will provide you with additional links to access various photo and video galleries. You can also check Prep's Flickr page for photos of other events which happen during the school year. 

Each senior is allowed 10 guests for Graduation on May 23.

10 Graduation Announcements (which can serve as invitations to friends and family members) will be mailed to each Senior's primary household during the week of April 28th.

Seniors will be provided with 10 Graduation Tickets each during Graduation Rehearsal on May 21.  Guests will be required to show tickets for entry into Mahoney Arena on Graduation Day. 

Space is limited in Mahoney Arena. 

We want to ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Graduation.  Please fill out this form to request any accommodations or special assistance that you or a family member may require.

Request Special Assistance

All Senior families will be provided with 1 Senior Lawn Sign per household.

Lawn Signs will be available to pick up at the Senior Mother/Son Communion Breakfast (on April 27).

Alternatively, Lawn Signs can be picked up in the Advancement Office (x112) beginning on April 28. 

It is the current plan that Yearbooks will be made available to Seniors as part of the Senior Picnic on Wed, May 21.
