Transcript Request

There are two types of Transcripts you can request, Official and Unofficial. Official Transcripts are sent directly from the Fairfield Prep Registrar to the organization requesting it. The transcript will include Fairfield Prep School’s raised seal, Registrar’s signature, title and date.

Unofficial Transcripts can be sent directly to you as a PDF or mailed to you via the US Postal Service. It will not include Fairfield Prep School’s raised seal nor the Registrar’s signature, title and date. Only Unofficial Transcripts can be sent via email.

If the Transcript Request is for a current Fairfield Prep student contact the Guidance Counselor.
