All applicants to grade 9 who are not on the early decision track are considered Regular Decision.

Here is the timetable for Regular Decision applicants to the Class of 2030:
 

Open House — Oct. 5 and Nov. 15, 2025

Entrance Exams (Candidates can only take once) — TBD in late October and early November

Financial Aid Application Deadline —Nov. 30, 2025

Magis Scholarship Application (Optional) Deadline — Dec. 1, 2025

Admissions Application Packet Due — Dec. 20, 2025

Decision Notification Date — Jan. 20, 2026

Enrollment Deadline — Mar. 10, 2026

Transfer Applicants are welcome to apply for grades 10 and 11 at Fairfield Prep. Transfer applications are visited on a rolling basis, beginning in February and are only considered for fall matriculation. We do not consider mid-year transfers.

The following is the admission application timetable for Transfer Applicants for fall 2025 entry:

First Step: Create your online Prep Admissions Account and complete the checklist of items required for the application.

Beginning in January 2025: Those applicants with a completed application packet will be contacted by the Office of Admission to schedule the required interview.

Rolling Admissions (February - May): The Admissions Committee adjudicates transfer applications on a rolling admissions, space available basis.
