Prep Summer Innovation Camp
Engage in innovative learning on the Prep campus
McLeod Innovation Center is delighted to announce its Innovation Camp debut! Open to both boys and girls entering grades 6, 7, and 8, the Innovation Camp provides students with hands-on, immersive engineering design experiences. Campers will solve problems in small teams and compete against one other. For example, teams will problem solve the design of solar-powered vehicles, and engage in 3D modeling and printing, and physical programming.
This is a week-long camp and is offered twice this summer. Students can sign up for one week. The Innovation Camp will take place in Fairfield Prep’s McLeod Innovation Center. Each camper will receive a t-shirt and certificate at the conclusion of the week.
Campers need to bring every day:
- Water bottle
- Morning snack
- Wear their FP Innovation Camp t-shirt
Cost: $275
Dates: July 18-22 (Week 1) or August 1-5 (Week 2)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am -12:00 pm
