Fairfield Prep is located at 1073 N. Benson Road, Fairfield, CT, on the campus of Fairfield University. The Prep campus encompasses three academic buildings — Xavier, Berchmans, and Arrupe halls — as well as the Barron Center for Arts & Recreation.

The Pelletier Quad — the geographic and symbolic center of the Prep campus — is the scenic courtyard between all three of Prep's academic buildings.

As a division of Fairfield U., Prep students have access to the University's world-class facilities including Rafferty Stadium, Alumni Diamond, Quick Center for the Arts, and the DiMenna-Nyselius Library.

Other major facilities on campus include the McLeod Innovation Center, the Barron Science Center, and the Student Life Center, all of which are populated with students socializing, studying, or enjoying meals together.
