Open House - Student Volunteer Sign-up

NOTE: THIS PAGE IS FOR CURRENT PREP STUDENTS ONLY.

NOTE TO PREP STUDENT:

Thank you for your interest in volunteering to assist at Open House 2012, which will be held on Sunday, September 30, 2012, 2-4:00pm. All Prep students, including freshmen, are welcome to assist at Open House.

Student volunteers should report to Berchmans Cafeteria by noon on Sunday, September 30, and will be dismissed at 4:30pm.

 A pizza lunch will be served. All student volunteers must adhere to dress code. Additionally, please wear a blue blazer.

Note that Sunday Mass will NOT be celebrated at Prep that morning, as has been done in years past.

A Student Volunteer Training Session will be held in Berchmans Cafeteria on Tuesday, September 25 after school. Please plan to attend. (It should take no longer than fifteen minutes.)
