Father-Son Sports Night features Bob Costas!

The 2012 Father-Son Sports Night was a tremendous success! Close to 400 Prep fathers, students, coaches, faculty and administrators gathered in Brissette Gym on November 26 to hear NBC Sports personality, Bob Costas.

Costas came with many tales from a life in sports, and shared his philosophy on mixing the serious issues of sports in with his telecasts.

The Fathers' Club is extremely grateful to Bob Costas and recognized his effort with a $3,000 donation to the Cardinal Glennon Children's Foundation in St. Louis. Proceeds from the event will be used to further the mission of the Fathers' Club, and benefit the Fathers' Club Scholarship.

The Fathers' Club would like to express thanks and gratitude to all the fathers who volunteered time to make the event a huge success. In particular they would like to recognize Athan Crist '78, P '15 for his leadership over the past several months.
