Rowing Event Waiver Forms
Rowing participants in regattas are required to submit waiver forms. Please make sure you submit the TWO different online waivers below, A & B
1. Some regattas are USRowing sanctioned events and require a waiver form to be submitted on-line via RegattaCentral. Please find information for submitting the electronic USRowing waiver form below.
A: Online Submission for US Rowing Electronic Waiver
Fairfield Prep's RegattaCentral 'Roster Code' is OL-138358. (this unique code enables the system to automatically link your waiver submission with the entries made by your coach or rowing partner)
- Click https://www.regattacentral.com/athletes/ and follow the instructions. You will need the roster code above.
- You'll be provided a USRowing Membership ID. Record this number for future use. (Provide this number to any additional coaches or rowing partners who submit entries which include you as they'll need to include it in their RegattaCentral roster)
Note: Have your coach contact us at support@regattacentral.com if they need assistance obtaining their Roster Code.
(Paper Submission: Online waivers save regattas significant amounts of time and therefore most regattas prefer online submission. Online waivers also save athletes time since the waiver can be submitted just once a year, covering the athletes for all USRowing-registered regattas. However, insurance rules stipulate that regattas must also accept a paper waiver if one is submitted in lieu of online waivers. If you prefer to submit a paper waiver, you may download, sign and send the waiver directly to the regatta).
2. Some regattas are not USRowing sanctioned events and the online waiver requirements are submitted through 'SignYourWaiver.com'. Please click on the link below.
B: Online Submission for 'SignYourWaiver.com'
Signyourwaiver.com - Click here
Please remember to indicate;
sdonahue@fairfieldprep.org/Steve Donahue
3. Other regattas are not USRowing sanctioned events, nor do they accept waivers through 'SignYourWaiver.com'. These regattas require a separate hard copy waiver relative to that specific event. As regatta information becomes available & is posted on this web site, please check to determine whether a hard copy waiver is required. If so, a document will be posted & available for download. It should be printed, signed & returned to Coach Turner.
